Boutique Hotel Management Asia (BHMAsia), the Asia-Pacific hotel management, development and consulting group, has added X2 Sydney to its portfolio of boutique luxury properties. X2 Sydney is the first property in the newly branded X2 Apartments Collection.

“The expansion to Australia is an important milestone for us at BHMAsia; I am very proud of the addition of X2 Sydney” said Anthony McDonald, CEO and founder of the group.

An introductory rate starting from AUD $900 per night and valid from now until 31 October 2013, is being offered for the four-bedroom apartment.

The 320 sqm. luxury penthouse-style apartment is located in Kirribilli, overlooking the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge. It offers guests four bedrooms, four bathrooms, two lounge rooms, two dining areas, large kitchen, swimming pool, parking, security access and state-of-the-art home appliances.

“It is situated in the heart of Sydney’s most trendy neighborhood, with international restaurants, local pubs, coffee shops, bookstore, supermarket and grocery shops close by. Getting around is easy, being only few minutes away from the taxi ranks and train station and ferry piers. The apartment has recently had a multi-million dollar upgrade, and is fully equipped with modern amenities and appliances, with an interior design that is modern, sexy, stylish and artsy. Topping it all off are breathtaking views of the Opera House and Harbour Bridge from the living areas and terraces,” Mr. McDonald added.
